QiGong based mindful movement is an integrating practice between all aspects of healing; connecting your animal body, with the watery, flowing emotions and sparks of spirit as you stand tall between Sky and Land. We play Qi Gong as nature, for nature using our imagination and breath to help us reconnect and re-align.
Here we will not fix or optimize you. We will be with what aches and notice what unfolds. 🌱

We will not bypass pain with positivity.
Through Relational Unfoldment practice we wander into self-discovery and transformation with support from embodied awareness and presence. We premise this by attuning to Truth, Beauty, and Goodness for its own sake. This practice helps navigate the complexes of life while building a relationship with oneself on an ever-deepening level.
