Take a journey into the unfolding present moment in gratitude for the Wildness that Escapes

Relational Unfoldment

It’s an invitation to practice relational awareness and to experience a profound way of being seen.

I invite you on a journey…

…to take on a relational practice into the unfolding present moment. I’ll accompany you on this journey through deep listening, attunement, curiosity, embodied awareness, and loving contact.

Relational Unfoldment is not a technique to master nor a self-improvement plan. It’s a beautiful field of complexity we step into, with truth, beauty, and goodness as our guides, where the present moment becomes an encounter with the wild, tender intelligence of life itself.

Together, we listen for what is already moving through all of us. We deeply attune to sensations, pauses, longings, and resistances in the body. We allow what’s ready to surface to reveal itself, not to be fixed, but to be felt and witnessed exactly as it is, with loving contact. Each session is an improvisation on being. A practice to get un-stuck.

What if nothing is missing?

Come on this journey if you are ready to:

  • Slow down and feel what is here.

  • Soften your reflex to analyze or improve yourself.

  • Meet your discomfort as an ally in transformation.

  • Rediscover the sacred ordinariness of being alive.

I offer this practice with gratitude for the Wildness that Escapes.

Present Moment Inquiry: What is alive in you right now?

Possible directions this practice might unfold into:

  • Expand your capacity to perceive, feel, and act from coherence with your deepest values.

  • Meet others, ideas, and the world from a place of responsiveness rather than reaction.

  • Discover new forms of resourcefulness and creativity that flow into your relationships, work, family, and community life.

This is a confidential, non-hierarchical space where nothing needs to be fixed or achieved.

About Working with Me

I’m not trying to change you, nor give you advice. I’m not a therapist, so I do not diagnose or prescribe. As a coach, I facilitate an imaginal and embodied Alethia-based unfolding experience; you are a seed, what kind of plant will you grow into? It’s a journey of self-discovery filled with wonder and curiosity. It’s a profound way of being seen.

Rooted in Reciprocity, Offered in Trust

I offer this practice in gratitude for the Wildness that Escapes. I offer a sliding scale and an invitation into reciprocity. Let us find together the balance where none of us feels exploited, and all feel nourished.
