It is a rhythm, a journey, a remembering. Feeling more ease in your body, having less pain and more energy doesn’t happen overnight. It unfolds as we listen for the causes beneath the symptoms and align with practices that nourish body, mind, spirit, and our entanglement with Earth.
You are already whole and beautiful. The work is not to become perfect, but to uncover what blocks you from recognizing this wholeness.
And yes! It’s hard to walk this path alone. The pressures of modern life, disconnection, environmental toxins, and the sheer weight of caring for others can leave us depleted, anxious, or lost.
If you are seeking a companion to walk with you in curiosity and care, I would be honored to join you. As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I support those who give much to others teachers, parents, caregivers, healthcare workers as well as those who are sensing the collapse, the mistrust, and the fragmentation in their bodies and in their communities.
Together, we won’t chase quick fixes. We’ll invite nourishment so we can listen for what is here and what is to come . Healing is less about control and more about relationship with yourself, with others, and with the Earth.

A Functional Medicine doctor is a licensed medical professional (such as an MD, DO, or ND) who practices a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare. They focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic diseases rather than just treating symptoms. A FM doctor will diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and order medical tests, they will address complex health conditions from a root-cause perspective.
A Functional Medicine health coach is a trained professional (not a licensed medical doctor) who can help clients implement and sustain the lifestyle and dietary changes recommended in their treatment plans. Health coaches focus on empowering clients to make lasting behavioral changes that support their health and wellness goals. A FM health coach will NOT diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and order medical tests.
You do not need to be working with a doctor in order to benefit from a Functional Medicine health coaching.
But please note, the FM coaching is complementary to conventional medicine, it’s NOT a replacement. So you are encouraged to maintain a relationship with your primary care provider.

I always emphasize that healing is rarely linear and sustainable change does take time.

Sessions typically involve in-depth discussions about your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, nutrition, sleep, stress, and environmental exposures.
I will help you implement personalized strategies and provide ongoing support for sustainable changes.
Some sessions might include creative visualizations, brainstorming sessions, practical tips and strategies, setting goals and monitoring progress.
Health coaching is effective for chronic conditions like digestive disorders, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, metabolic issues, fatigue, and stress-related problems that haven't responded well to conventional approaches alone.

Health coaching is a holistic practice that offers personalized support around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, all of which can be contributing factors to many chronic diseases. During a coaching session, I will help create your own actionable health goals and vision based on your needs and provide support, accountability, and motivation for implementing long-term lifestyle changes.
A Functional Medicine health coach can work with you on:
Various chronic conditions
High Blood Pressure or diabetes management
Brain health and cognitive health
Weight gain, nutrition, or autoimmune conditions
Stress management, sleep habits and lifestyle changes around exercise
As your health coach, I do not diagnose or treat any of these diseases or conditions.
If you have a prescription from a medical doctor, I will work with you to implement those recommendations to fit with your lifestyle. And if you don’t, we will still work together to turn failures into stepping stones and celebrate your smallest wins. As your health coach, I will be there every step of the way to provide support and accountability, so you can begin to trust your own ability to grow, change, and move through obstacles towards thriving with more confidence.

It’s a free Inquiry Call, during which we briefly chat about your concerns, goals for health coaching and if it seems like a good fit for you, we can schedule a series of individual sessions. I offer a package for a discounted price.
I also facilitate Functional Medicine health-inspired group sessions online or in person. You can see these sessions listed on the website, and they usually change the topic seasonally. Click on the registration link or contact me directly to sign up.
