What is Qi Gong?
Based on ancient Chinese healing traditions, QiGong as an intentional state shift, it is a way to become more aware of and more skillful with your qualities of aliveness.
Regular practice of Qi Gong can restore your agility, adaptability and autonomy.
QiGong is a powerful and effective way to open and energize the body. This helps to balance and regulate physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Integrating postures, movement, breathing techniques, visualization and self-massage, QiGong is easy to learn and can be done by everyone, at any age and fitness level.

Gentle repetitive movements after 20 minutes induce the ‘Relaxation Response’, which is proved to regulate the nervous system, reduce blood pressure and regulate hormones and inflammation.
