  • A calming blend to promote restful sleep. Mix of Valerian, Passionflower and other gentle nerviness, this blend is powerful enough to calm ruminating minds in the middle of the night.

  • Nurtures emotional balance, easing sadness and anxiety. Sweet honey and rose supports the heart and gentle enough for daily use.

  • Supports overall wellbeing and provides a gentle boost to energy and alertness. Take it daily or double the dose during particularly draining or difficult times.

  • Eases tension and promotes circulation. This blends is a wonderful support for stress induced and hormonal headaches. Drink hot with some honey or sweetener.

Cold and Flu
